Villa Details Aster Cove Lane - 4 Bed 3 Bath Villa
Located in Crescent Lakes, the gated community of Aster Cove Lane is an exclusive sub division and we are situated at the end of the road by the lake. Our position gives privacy and seclusion from the surrounding villas and has no fence to look over and no neighbors looking in. Built in 2000 it has been constantly upgraded with regard to the fixtures and fittings and has had many make overs over the years.
We offer a very well maintained house, air conditioned, comfortable and clean rooms, all looked after by our professional management company.
The Lounge & Kitchen
Our lounge has 3 sofas, and a Satellite 55" HDTV with a full TV package including English football. Also included is a Sky+ like system, a DVD player, a Radio/CD player and a Playstation2 for your entertainment. It also comes with free G5 wireless Internet and printer to enable you to keep in touch. Our phone calls are free to anywhere in the USA and Canada.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all of the labour saving devices found in a good American kitchen complete with dining table and chairs in both the kitchen and lounge. The utility room has a large washing machine and drier plus an iron and board. Please do not leave mum in this room, she is on holiday as well.

The Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms all of which have a TV, bed linen, built in closets, towels, hairdryers and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath, shower, his and hers wash basins and a separate WC. The double bedroom has an adjacent bathroom, and the two twin bedrooms are either side of the third shared bathroom.

Pool Area
Our Private Pool is the main feature of the villa, with the covered Lanai area leading out on to the large pool area. The solar heated pool measures 28ft x 16ft overall, and runs from 3ft to 6ft in depth, thus facilitating comfortable swimming. In addition there is a spa pool at one end with the water flowing back to the pool via a waterfall. The Lanai has a large table and chairs and the area around the pool has been extended and allows ample room for the sun lounges and the additional table and chairs. The pool is south facing and overlooks the lake.
