General Information
Our villa is fully licensed for letting and as such meets all Florida fire, health and safety regulations. The pool is cleaned weekly, the garden area is well maintained. Our home is under our management companies control and they look after everything for us and our guest's. Barbeques can be hired from them, thus ensuring it will be clean, have gas and be ready for use. For your comfort and those that visit after you, smoking inside the villa is NOT allowed. The villa is wheelchair accessible however, pets are not allowed.
We can supply driving directions to the villa from the Florida Airports and routes to all the parks, malls and places to eat can be found in our Owners Book. Other attractions include 2 play area parks and a free tennis court within walking distance. There are also an abundance of Golf Courses (See our Golf Book) and Water Sports nearby together with Wal-Mart hypermarkets and the Publix supermarkets. The many shopping malls in the area are also listed in our book.
