Our pool guy says we have the one of the best pool on his round so why swim in a small cold pool when you can rent our's. We have free solar heating so no pool heating costs between April to October
Our holiday villa in the Kissimmee - Orlando area and is near to the parks and is available for rent.

Our villa is convenient for Disney, Universal, Sea World and the other area parks and we are situated in a gated area within the community of Crescent Lakes, FLORIDA 34758. Located in Aster Cove Lane, our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa offers a large south facing extended pool area. With a solar heated pool 28’ x 16’ plus a spa at one end, why swim in a cold small pool?. The pool deck overlooks a large lake but due to our end of lane location, it offers much privacy. We have no fence to look over and no next door neighbour looking in. Our Orlando holiday villa is managed by a local well established management company who are small enough to care and give you personal attention but large enough to get things moving. It's certainly a home from home.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms, (1 x king, 1 x Queen and 2 twin bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms.
Our large American style kitchen has all that would be expected. The main room has seating for 8 and there is a modern laundry room and dinning areas. The villa has full air conditioning / heating in every room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and fan and the main room has a large Smart HDTV with the top package of programs. There are two DVD players, playstation, a CD player, free G5 100mb high speed WI-FI throughout and a printer for your use.
From the villa, Disney’s main gate is about 25 -30 minutes away with Sea World and Universal Studios taking a little longer. Orlando International Airport is 28 miles away and we supply driving routes. As golfers we supply routes to many courses we play including Disney and Marriott clubs. There are two sets of clubs in our garage that can be used by our guest's. We supply routes to some of the Orlando malls and many places where we eat.
As owners of this Orlando holiday villa we spend quite a lot of time here and over the years we have purchased all that we need for a comfortable holiday home and besides our cloths and car, we leave the rest for our guests.
